I have been a customer of sullivan-parkhill for four years now and I have loved their services. I had been thinking about trading my car in for quite some time but I never knew where or how to start. I had a service appointment coming up so they contacted me, asking if I'd be interested in talking to someone about a trade. When I got there, I spoke with Andrew and he asked what I was looking for, how much a month I wanted to pay, and how much I wanted to put down, then set me up with Carol to look at some options. Carol was so friendly and kind and didn't make me feel pressured into making a decision. After taking a test drive and good conversation, I decided on a car and they got to work. Andrew took the time and put forth all his efforts and found me a lender that met ALL my needs. I ended up signing at the dotted line and was VERY happy with the service I got from them. I will continue to be a customer here at sullivan-parkhill because I know they value their customers like they're family. Even after driving off the lot, Carol made sure to call and check on how things were going with the vehicle and even sent me a little holiday card with some savings in services. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to go here!

Driving to Champaign from Chicago to visit family my low tire inflation warning light appeared for all 4 tires, one sudden cool day can cause that , luckily it was not a huge change in pressure but enough to be concerned about. I’ve never been to Sullivan Parkhill , I called and asked if I need an appt , Joe the service manager said no , just come in and we will check the tire pressure and recalibrate it. Joe and Mike another service person were gracious and welcoming, it’s apparent they love their vocation. I highly recommend the dealership

I worked with Carroll to purchase a used car. He was respectful and easy to communicate with. He offered but did not push any extras on the sale after I declined them. The car had an issue after driving it off the lot and the dealership paid for the unexpected repairs needed for the radio unit. I would recommend this location and Carroll to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had an excellent experience while looking for and purchasing my vehicle. From searching, test driving, and closing, Coty, Jake, and Dontrell were very helpful and answered all my questions. They’ve got a great team and I would highly recommend them.

Friendly, prompt on appointments. The waiting room could use some updates however. The vending machine was not stocked well. I didn't want to buy a drink anyway. There was no food options that l could see. The first chair I attempted to sit in was broken. Thankfully a gentleman already seated told me before I sat all the way down. I pushed it aside & sat in another seat.

Everyone at Sullivan-Parkhill is very nice and helpful! I especially enjoyed working with Dale Hedrick, who was very professional and polite. He was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with as he really listened and remembered our conversations without having to repeat it. As a single woman, I was always treated with respect and never made to feel stupid with all of my many questions. It took a while to accomplish the deal but Dale persevered and I drove away with the perfect Cadillac! Thanks to all at Sullivan-Parkhill who assisted Dale in this adventure.

Bought my Cadillac today from Carrol Rey fantastic salesman. Works with his clients, he doesn't pressure you into buying a vehicle if your not ready and is very professional and through about the vehicles. He's upfront and honest guy thanks bud.
